Delete your account

You can delete your Tap Royale account at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

In the app

Fastest way: inside the app

    Open Tap Royale and sign in.
  2. 2
    Tap your avatar at the top of the screen to open your profile.
  3. 3
    Scroll down and tap “Delete account”.
  4. 4
    Confirm with “DELETE”. Your account is erased right away.
By email

No access to the app?

Send us a request from any device. Include your username so we can find your account. If you sign in with Google, send it from that Google email address.

We confirm and delete the account within 7 days. Write to: alirioguerra.92@gmail.com

What happens

Deleted for good

  • Your account, username, password and Google link
  • Profile, avatar and invite code
  • Scores, best scores and ranking entries
  • Energy, items in your chest and game sessions
  • Purchase records and your customer record at RevenueCat

Not deleted by us

  • Google keeps its own record of Play Store payments, under the Google Privacy Policy.
  • Purchases are not refunded when you delete your account, and items you bought cannot be recovered.
