Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Tap Royale, a casual arcade game published by Alírio Guerra. By creating an account or playing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms.
- You are responsible for your username, your password and everything done with your account. Keep your password private.
- Your username is shown in public rankings. It must not be offensive, impersonate someone or contain personal data of others. We may rename or remove usernames that break this rule.
- Any player can report a username from the rankings. A reported account leaves the rankings and cannot play until our team reviews it. If the name breaks the rule, we rename it and you choose a new one; if not, access comes back as it was.
Fair play
Rankings only matter if everyone plays fair. You agree not to:
- Use cheats, bots, scripts, modified apps or any tool that plays for you or changes the game.
- Exploit bugs to gain scores, items or energy. If you find one, tell us.
- Create multiple or fake accounts, for example to collect invite rewards.
- Attack, overload or try to access our servers or other players’ accounts.
Purchases and virtual items
- The game is free to play and offers optional in-app purchases (such as double lives, unlimited energy and energy packs), sold through Google Play.
- Virtual items are a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them in the game. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, sold or transferred to another account.
- Items go to your chest when bought. Timed items start counting when you activate them and cannot be paused or undone. Consumed items are not returned.
- Payments, refunds and cancellations are handled by Google Play under its terms and refund policy. If a purchase is refunded, unused items from it are removed from your chest.
- Prices are shown in the store before you buy and may change.
Scores and rankings
Scores are validated by our server. We may remove scores, items or rewards obtained by cheating, bugs or abuse, and we may reset rankings when needed to keep them fair.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms, without refund of items obtained in violation of them. You can stop playing and delete your account at any time.
Changes to the game
The game is a living service. We may add, change or remove game modes, items, rules and features, and we may need to pause the service for maintenance. If we ever shut the game down, we will announce it in advance in the app.
Intellectual property
Tap Royale, its name, logo, art, sounds and code belong to Alírio Guerra. These terms give you a personal license to play; they do not transfer any rights to you.
Disclaimer and liability
The game is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running and fair, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost data or lost progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.
Privacy
How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. If you live in another country, you also keep the mandatory consumer rights of your country.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
